With Steadfast Ambition, Embrace the Summit丨TKG Holds the 2024 Departmental Year-End Summary Meeting

On January 18th, TKG successfully held the 2024 Department Year-End Summary Meeting at its Yucheng plant. The theme of the meeting was “With a Rock-Solid Resolve, to Seize Greater Success.” Heads and representatives of various departments, including sales, procurement, quality inspection, technology, finance, production, and administration, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the heads of each department systematically and comprehensively summarized their work over the past year. Based on detailed data, they fully showcased their departments’ achievements and also conducted in-depth analyses of existing problems and shortcomings.

After the departments’ reports, General Manager Zhang Guangyao provided a comprehensive analysis and commentary on the work of each department. Mr. Zhang highly praised the outstanding performance of TKG in the past year and affirmed the numerous historical highs achieved through the collective efforts of all colleagues in 2024. He also analyzed the existing shortcomings and challenges with each department. He required department heads to face these issues squarely, actively seek solutions, and lead their teams to continuously innovate and enhance competitiveness.

The meeting also announced the outstanding departments and individuals of TKG in 2024, including the Annual Valuable Employee, the Best Improvement in Performance, the Sales Champion Team, the Product Development Contribution Award, and the Outstanding Management Personnel. These outstanding representatives, with their hard work and excellent performance, have made significant contributions to the development of TKG.

Finally, Mr. Zhang presented and analyzed the work objectives for 2025, encouraging all departments to maintain TKG’s long-standing excellent style and pragmatic attitude, and to strive for even greater success with a rock-solid resolve.
