duct a special compliance training session titled "Practical Guide to Corporate Contract Compliance" for key business departments.

The training covered six core modules, addressing compliance essentials throughout the entire lifecycle of commercial contracts—from execution to risk prevention and control. Drawing on extensive practical commercial case law, the two attorneys provided detailed analysis and interpretation of legal risk points commonly encountered during contract signing, payment settlement, and dispute resolution.

The course content was closely aligned with the company's actual business operations, including foreign trade orders and commercial partnerships, offering strong practical reference value and actionable guidance. It will further help business departments heighten risk awareness, strengthen risk management capabilities, and better safeguard the company's steady development.
