TKG editorial team · Procurement checklist
Start with the identity
Request a stock reference, vehicle identification details, production year and dated photos of the actual unit. A model brochure cannot establish ownership, availability or the condition of a used vehicle.
Review condition evidence
Ask for the recorded mileage, service history where available, exterior and interior photos, and a clearly scoped inspection report. Agree who conducts the inspection, how findings are recorded and how discrepancies are resolved.
Confirm the buying terms
Check the contracting parties, payment stages, quotation validity and the agreed delivery term. List the documents to be supplied. Ask your local importer or broker to verify destination acceptance for the specific vehicle before making a commitment.
