Identify what is being priced
A quotation should identify the vehicle or the agreed sourcing specification, quantity, currency, validity and included equipment. Check whether the price refers to a model reference or an individual used stock unit.
Review the delivery scope
Ask which transport, insurance, handling and documentation charges are included. Record the delivery term and the named place. Clarify responsibility for each step and obtain destination charges from your local importer or broker.
Agree acceptance and payment
Confirm the inspection scope, acceptance criteria, payment milestones and the documents linked to each stage. Keep the confirmed written quotation and contract together. A website price alone is not a complete purchase agreement.
