Master and disciple walk side by side丨TKG Launches New Round of Mentorship Program

On Teachers' Day, TKG once again held the internal "Blue‑Green Mentorship" Appreciation Activity. Targeting this year’s new employees, this is an annual regular gratitude event of the company, which continues to carry forward the corporate culture of mentoring and mutual growth. Since the implementation of the mentor‑mentee pairing mechanism, senior backbones have set good examples, patiently guiding young employees to consolidate professional capabilities and accumulate on‑the‑job experience. Young employees are eager to learn and forge ahead, achieving rapid growth under the mentorship.

At the event, representatives of young employees presented flowers and customized cultural‑creative gifts to their dedicated corporate mentors to express sincere gratitude. This simple yet warm ceremony recognizes the selfless dedication of senior staff, and further embeds the team spirit of mutual support and inheritance within the company.
