To encourage innovation and breakthroughs across all internal functions, TKG officially launched the TKG Practical-Effect Innovation Award togetherwith its selection criteria this month, alongside an award ceremony. Thisrecognition aims to honor internal individuals and teams who proactively in-novate and dare to break through, and inspire innovation enthusiasmacross all departments and positions within the company.

Following department nomination and jury evaluation, the inaugural TKG Practical-Effect Innovation Award has been presented to Song Jiawei andHuang Xuanyi from Project Team X. Led by the two colleagues, the projectaddresses real-world pain points in business workflows. By flexibly adopt-ing digital tools to substantially improve operational efficiency, it serves as a typical example of practical-oriented innovation.
